Premiere of the show MAMA

An emotional premiere of the performance ‘MAMA’. After months and months of creation, preparation, and rehearsals, we presented MAMA—our first concert after the lockdown. Despite the challenges of the new normality, nothing stopped us from enjoying this performance that connects us with absolute love through movement and the music of lullabies.

MAMA allows us to return to the mother’s womb and to be cradled by diverse perspectives on motherhood.

The performance is structured around a collection of lullabies from around the world, which originated in the 30th anniversary of the women’s choir Voxalba, in a strong commitment to rebirth and to continuing its path of singing and life. For this occasion, the music is accompanied by movement and spoken word thanks to stage director Laura Calvet, who has created a staging full of sensitivity towards women and motherhood.”
